An Aberystwyth company is in the running to be named one of the best rural businesses in the UK after being shortlisted for a regional Rural Business Award.
Gwe Cambrian Web has been shortlisted in the Best Rural Digital, Communication or Media Business category at the 2019/20 Rural Business Awards, held in partnership with Amazon.
They will battle it out against fellow rural businesses, entrepreneurs and enterprises from across the region for a place at the national final.
Gwe Cambrian Web is a website development and digital marketing agency.
Founded in 2013, Gwe Cambrian Web have a wide range of clients from small businesses to universities across Wales.
Their main focus is to help get Welsh online, by offering bilingual website design services at no extra cost to customers. The Welsh language is a major focus for them and they’re keen to promote the use of Welsh in business in as many ways as possible.
The Rural Business Awards 2019/20 will mark the awards’ fifth year of celebrating the success of businesses across the UK’s rural economy. The awards are organised by rural business for rural business with the aim of celebrating the achievements of rural businesses and developing a strong network for rural business owners.
