PARENTS and children of Arch Noa Playgroup in Penrhyndeudraeth have been celebrating the launch of a book that they helped conceive and colour.

The project to create The Owl and The Mouse was led by Gillian Brownson, who also illustrated the story.

Gillian, of Astonishing Adventures, is pictured (centre) along with Gareth Williams (left), children and a families officer from Bangor diocese.

The project was supported by Gwynedd Council Community Arts Fund.
