Cross Inn WI

LAST Monday evening the ladies of Cross Inn WI were treated to a cookery demonstration by Enfys Wise, a vet’s wife from Llandysul.

She made all feel very lazy when she told about her daily regime of getting up at 4am to start baking hundreds of cakes and pies before travelling to Cenarth to open and run the tearooms there!

During the evening she made two savoury pies and a fruit roulade and a strawberry gateau, not to forget a salmon pate!

A most enjoyable evening.
