A Ffosyffin man has been charged with assaulting four police officers.

Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court heard on 26 August, that Jamie Davies, of 5 Glen Iris, Haulfan, is charged with assault Pc John, Pc Gibby, and PS Morgans in Aberaeron on 27 May this year.

The 39-year-old is further charged with assaulting Pc Warrender while at Aberystwyth Police Station on the following day on 28 May.

No pleas were entered at the hearing and magistrates adjourned the case.

Davies is due to appear before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 16 September for a plea hearing.
