A Penparcau man who is set to stand trial on an assault charge has admitting breaching bail conditions.

Steven Worrell, of 31 Third Avenue, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 23 July.

The 23-year-old, who will stand trial on 28 August after pleading not guilty at an earlier hearing to assaulting Charlie Rudd in Carmarthen on 12 July, admitted breaching his bail conditions on 17 Jult in Aberystwyth.

Magistrates decided to revise Worrell’s conditional bail until his trial date.
