PARENTS and pupils in the Gader catchment area are invited to meet the newly appointed headteacher of the region’s controversial all-through school.

The new school saw the closure of four local education facilities with the “super school” set to be established in the area by September of next year.

Jano Owen started her new role as head teacher of the new 3-16 all through Gader Catchment-area School at Easter and is busy driving forward the planning development process for the new school.

Parents who would like an opportunity to understand more about Mrs Owen’s vision for the new school can come to meet the new head teacher for a chat in one of three sessions that have been organised locally.

The sessions will run from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at these locations at Ysgol Brithdir, 24 May; Ysgol Ganllwyd, 25 May; and Ysgol y Gader, 26 May.
