THE Welsh Blood Service is calling on more Ceredigion residents to start saving lives, as they announce more ’give blood’ sessions in the county in the coming weeks.

Sessions are being held in Aberaeron Memorial Hall on 27 April and 21 May and in Lampeter university’s sports hall on 26 April, and 25 and 27 May.

You must wait seven days after having your Covid-19 vaccination before giving blood.

A spokesperson said: "If you can’t find a session near you, please check back soon. Our collections programme is currently being reviewed due to the ongoing pandemic. New sessions are currently being confirmed."
