BARMOUTH and Dyffryn United Football Club have won the Welsh Alliance League Programme of the Year award for the fourth time.

The Alliance committee held the view that the 2016/17 programme, edited by Wern Mynach groundsman Gareth Evans, filled all the criteria to win the award.

Each 42-page colour matchday edition brims with historical information about both Barmouth and the visiting team on the day.

A run-down of the previous week’s Alliance games, club statistics, form, local league tables, team sheets, officials for the day and previous action photos are always included.

Gareth said: “We try to make the programme an extension of the game and make the visiting supporters day as interesting as possible.

“To win the award for the fourth year is quite an honour for the club and we will continue providing as much information in the programme as possible.”
