April 2022 marks the 10-year anniversary Pont Steffan Dental Practice first opened its doors to patients.
From humble beginnings occupying the small building of no. 4 North Road, the practice has expanded over the subsequent years to acquire the two neighbouring properties.
The practice now boasts a total of 10 dentists, 4 hygienists and a multitude of nurses, reception and administration staff.
Most recently the practice owner Dr Owain Dimmick, has looked to enhance the patient experience further through the appointment of two patient care co-ordinators.
Within this role, Anna and Fran will endeavour to build upon the excellent customer service already offered, with a personalised and tailored approach to patient care, and in doing so, become a central point of contact for patients and their clinicians.
Recognising the unmet dental needs within the community, 2022 will see further re-investment into the practice when Dr Dimmick opens a fifth surgery within the practice.
This surgery will enable the practice to rise to increasing demands for additional hygiene appointments and referral services.
Currently the practice is able to offer Orthodontics, Root Canal treatments, Periodontal services, Dental Implants, and Facial aesthetics both to it’s registered patients and on referral; along with general and routine dental care, and hygiene services.
Marking the 10-year anniversary, all the team at Pont Steffan, commissioned a bespoke painting as a surprise for Dr Dimmick by local artist Rhiannon Roberts (Rhiannon Art), who is coincidentally also celebrating her own 10-year anniversary.
Longest serving team members Joyce Jenkins and Dr Eleri Marks presented the painting.

Due to it’s continued growth and expansion; Pont Steffan Dental is able to accept new registered patients, but also accepts referrals from other dental practices whose patients may require private referrals.
