Madam,

Why is it that the law-abiding majority are punished for the selfish few that abuse the beach and its facilities (‘Anger as campers leave poo in dunes’)?

Prosecute those who offend and leave the silent law-abiding alone to enjoy the beach at a reasonable charge.
