At Easter tide perhaps we should apply the maxims of the King James Bible. Let’s apply them to Gwynedd Council:

Are they squandering our substance in riotous bypassing?

Take the case of Llanbedr and traffic delays. All that’s needed is traffic lights at Llanbedr Bridge.So let them spend the £18 million on something more worthwhile.
