Madam,

I have had a long-standing association with New Quay Football Club going back as far as the mid-1980s in the capacity of member, joint committee member, committee member, chairman and, latterly, as a trustee having been asked by the late Arthur Thomas, co-founder of the club, to hold this position.

I hereby give notice, sadly, that I have tendered my resignation to the officers of the club as I no longer wish to be a trustee. I feel it is imperative in my own personal interest, and not being a trustee, to disassociate my connection with New Quay Football Club.

The purpose of this letter is to inform the members of the club to make them fully aware of my resignation.
