Madam,

I would like to thank the person who found my only car key, together with my house keys, on the 6pm train to Barmouth on Friday evening.

These then were passed to Machynlleth station. I would then like to thank the station officer who, after my reporting their loss, phoned to to tell me they had been found, passed them on the the guard on Monday morning’s 10am train, and then phoned me to make sure I had received them and that they were indeed mine. Yes, they were.

I hope you both see this so you know how grateful I am.
