Strictly Come Dancing stars Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli stayed at a pub in Tremadog whilst filming their latest show, it has been revealed.
The Golden Fleece Inn announced this week that the judges stayed with them recently and “were thoroughly entertaining”.
Craig and Bruno stayed at the pub whilst filming their new travel series, Craig And Bruno’s Great British Road Trip.
Owner Stuart Nashir-Hallard said he was asked not to share this 'fab-u-lous' picture of himself and the judges until news of their new TV show had been released.
He said: “They stayed in May but we promised not to publish the photo until the show was announced.
“It’s caused quite a bit of interest.
“We have quite a few celebrities stay with us or dine with us and we’ve never posted anything before so the level of interest has been quite surprising.”
Stuart posted the picture on the pub’s Facebook page on Tuesday night, with the following message: “Although we kept it quiet at the time Craig Revel Horwood and Bruno Tonioli recently stayed with us for a couple of nights whilst filming their new show.
“They were thoroughly entertaining and we very much enjoyed their company whilst they were with us. We wish them the very best luck with their new show.”
Speaking to the Cambrian News, Stuart added: “They were absolutely lovely.
“They spoke to everybody who approached them, took the time to have selfies (socially distanced) and even recorded videos for some guests.
“They took time to invite me over to their table for a chat and were really interested in the The Fleece and said they loved it and didn’t expect to find accommodation and dining venue like this in a little welsh village.
“They both loved their bedrooms and Craig said he’d definitely come back with friends.”
Craig And Bruno’s Great British Road Trip starts on ITV on Wednesday, 14 July.
