Madam,

I write to apologise to Richard Workman of Shell Island for repeating the incorrect rumour that our internet mast was their responsibility and on their property.

However, like most people in our village of Llanbedr, I have been deprived of the internet access which EE used to supply until 2015.

I was told by EE customer services, when I complained, that the old mast had collapsed and that they were not replacing it. So we really need a response from EE.
