The competition for the Ron Barnard Shield at Barmouth Bowling Club took place on Saturday.

Ten members competed through and the semi finals were contested by Patrick Martin against Charles Martin and John Johnson against Colin Hopkins.

Both were really close matches with Charles Martin and John Johnson going on to make the final.

Again, this was a tightly fought game with Johnson gaining the winning point on the final end.
