Rhodri Williams achieving his 1st sub 17 minute 5K in 16:56 was 3rd OM; Dylan Lewis, 2nd M35, 17:03; Simon Hall, 3rd M45, 18:01; Polly Summers 1st female and 1st OF, 18:47; Sophia Barker 2nd OF and 3rd female overall, 20:30; Lou Summers, 1st F55, 20:31; Nicola Williams, 3rd OF, 20:36; Dee Jolly, 2nd F35, 20:37; junior runner Ben Hall. superb PB 20:55; Sian Roberts-Jones, 2nd F45, 22:23; junior runner Ellie Tansley, 24:47; Shelley Enders, 2nd F55, 25:04; Martin Darby, 25:2; junior runner Esther Jones, 26:44.

Ras Y Fforest is ran alongside Cilycwm Show and three Sarn Helen stalwarts took to the start line.

Dan Hooper was 1st in 32:49 with Glyn Price 2nd in 33:59. Huw Price finished in 48:27.
