THE body of a teenage male was found on the banks of the River Teifi at St Dogmaels at around 9.30am yesterday.

Coastguards from Cardigan, Moylegrove and Gwbert along with the Cardigan lifeboat crew had previously joined in a search along the river from St Dogmaels and down to Poppit.

A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesman said there were no suspicious circumstances and that next of kin had been informed.
