A PENRHYNDEUDRAETH man has been given a suspended sentence for indecently assaulting a child.
Marcus Allen Green was charged with two counts of indecent assault on a boy.
Initially due for trial, Green, 58, of Cae Garw, changed his plea to guilty on 4 May and appeared at Caernarfon Crown Court last Tuesday, 25 May.
He was given two eight-month jail terms, suspended for 24 months, to run concurrently.
He must also sign the sex offenders’ register for 10 years; given a restraining order for 10 years; must undertake 40 days of rehabilitation activity and take part in 45 sessions of the Horizon treatment programme.
Green was also ordered to pay costs of £1,500 and ordered to wear an electronic tag.
