AN appeal has been launched to find a missing man who left his home address in Hampshire on Saturday to go fishing in Cardigan Bay.

71-year-old Allan from Pennington in Hampshire, was last seen on Saturday, 21 October when he left his home address to go sea fishing in Wales, driving a silver Mitsubishi Outlander.

His vehicle was seen on the A487 North Bound in the area of Aberarth, Ceredigion on 21 October, and the last contact with him was by phone on 23 October.

It is believed he may be in the Llanrhystud area of Ceredigion.

We and his family are increasingly concerned for his welfare as he has been uncontactable since.

Allan is described as being a white man, around 5ft 8ins tall with a medium build, and short grey/white hair that is balding.
