The last 12 months have been like no other. As we reach the anniversary of the first lockdown,everyone is looking forward to a return to some form of normality.

At Wales & West Utilities, we look after the pipes that bring gas to homes, businesses and vital infrastructure, like hospitals.In these extraordinary times we remain focused on keeping the gas flowing, while keeping our customers and colleagues safe.

I want to take the opportunity to thank people for their patience and understanding while we’ve continued to work in their area.
