WE had our annual Cookery Competition for the Olga Plate on 20 October. This year the recipe was Macaroons. All the members tasted the entries and voted for the one they liked the best. The winner was Meg Whitfield. The raffle was won by Linda Williams and the tea hostesses were Jane Sproston, Sue Proctor and Pip Little. The next meeting is our AGM on 17 November with Shirley Ellis, our advisor coming and the committee is providing the tea. The December meeting is our Christmas Lunch on 15 December.We meet in the Village Hall, Abersoch at 2pm on the third Tuesday of the month. Please join us if you would like for tea and a chat and some kind of entertainment.
