AT Aberystwyth Ladies Circle chain’s handover, Laura Heley handed over the chairmanship chain to Victoria Scarrott, with Jean Barrett handing over the president’s chain to Glesni Roberts.

Meanwhile, the Ladies Circle also presented two cheques for £2,600 to Bronglais Hospital.
