Re the feature entitled ‘The forgotten maestro of Aberystwyth’ by Chris Betteley.

It was disappointing to learn that the visitor Howard Brayton was surprised that little appears to be known about Sir Henry Walford Davies in some quarters of Aberystwyth.

However he may be interested in the illustrated booklet titled The Rothwell Pipe Organ, available from myself, which outlines the connection between Sir Walford and Bethel Welsh Baptist Chapel, Baker Street, Aberystwyth during his time as professor of music at Aberystwyth University College.

Alternatively he may view copies of the booklet in English or Welsh at the Ceredigion County Archives and at the National Library of Wales.
