A PWLLHELI-BASED travel agent has won this year’s Parêd Dewi Sant window-decorating competition.
June Jones, owner of Cwmni Teithio in Stryd Penlan, scooped the competition trophy and a £50 cash prize for her striking depiction of a Welsh harp fashioned from craft materials.
The competition, organised jointly each year between the Parêd and local Menter Iaith Hunaniaith aims to encourage the use of Welsh in business and to brighten up the town during the run-up to the Parêd.
Pictured presenting the slate trophy to June is Ifan Llewelyn Jones of Menter Iaith Hunaniaith.
