Madam,

How sad, that some people cannot differentiate between racism and a carnival. A carnival is all about dressing up, all about make believe, when nothing is as it should be, a total fun day. I hope that Dyfed-Powys Police will also see it like that, waste no time or money on any complaint, and just throw it out.
