A FFESTINIOG carpenter who had his long locks cut for charity has raised over £400.
Tomos Ephraim, a 23-year-old carpenter from Cwm Cynfal, had his hair cut earlier this year and donated it to the charity, Little Princess Trust.
This well-known charity makes wigs for young children who have lost their hair through cancer treatments.
Through the generosity of friends and family he also raised £400 for the charity.
He received a letter of thanks and a certificate from the charity this week in appreciation of his contribution to their work to make life more pleasant for the youngsters.
