Wool and Willow Festival
THE 15th Wool and Willow Festival takes place from 8 June until 6 July at the Minerva Arts Centre.
A selling event featuring good quality goods and materials made by Artisans in Wales and the borderlands.
Workshops and advice from experienced craft workers available.

Qigong
FOUR sessions of Healing and Transformation Qigong will take place at the Village Hall, Llwynygog, Staylittle on Friday, 7, 14, 21 and 28 June.
They take place from 10.30am to 12.30pm and the cost is £10 per session.
These sessions focus on very simple but fundamental exercises to restore balance, equanimity and a healthier state of being. They can be done sitting, standing or lying down so that anyone can do them. Because they are fundamental practices they will benefit beginners and experienced students alike.

Refugee support group
DR Alan Woodall will talk about his voluntary medical work with Rohingya Refugees in Bangladesh on Tuesday, 4 June, at St Idloes Church Hall at 7pm. Entrance free, donations welcomed.
