THE last meeting held on 8 May, at Ala Road Chapel Vestry was chaired by Daphne Jones, the president.
Daphne welcomed the members and thanked them for attending.
In the first part of the meeting Daphne read out the resolution to be voted on in the AGM in Cardiff on 6 June.
There followed an informative discussion on the resolution.
The business part of the evening then followed with matters arising discussed, and dealt with.
The details for the annual outing were also finalised.
The tea hostesses were Joyce Griffith and Winnie Jones.
The raffle prize given by Janet Owen was won by Sylvia Williams.
The members then joined in with some lively and fun games of ‘Boccia’.
The next meeting will be the annual outing which will take place on 28 June.
New members always welcome.
