AFTER discussing the county newsletter, they sat down to a very interesting talk and slide presentation by Iestyn Hughes, photographer for many books, newspapers etc.

He gave a talk on weather in Wales depicting back through the ages on how storms hit the country.

The slides they were shown were of Iestyn’s research and his brilliant photography catching some spectacular scenes.

They asked questions and finished with tea/coffee and biscuits ending a very enjoyable afternoon.

Next meeting is on Monday, 11 June, Rhydypennau Hall, 1pm, new members welcome.
