A Borth man will stand trial next month charged with assaulting a woman in Aberystwyth.
Shaun Tooley, of 11 Pant y Fedwen, Cambrian Terrace, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 2 May for a bail variation hearing.
The 37-year-old had denied assaulting Miriam Amer on Upper Queens Road in Aberystwyth on 29 April at an earlier hearing on 30 April.
Magistrates set a trial date for 27 June at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court and remanded Tooley on conditional bail until that date.
