A Beulah man has been charged with assaulting another man in Penparc.

Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 27 March that Wayne Richards, of Talar Wen, is accused of assaulting Paul Moran in Penparc on 27 October last year.

The 69-year-old is next due to appear before Aberystwyth Magistrates' Court for a plea hearing on 15 April.

He was remanded on conditional bail until date.
