The case against an Aberystwyth man accused of two counts of failing to comply with a community protection notice has been dismissed.

Malcolm Edwards, of Parc Graig Glas, Upper Queens Road, had been accused of comply with a community protection notice by ringing an ambulance when he “did not require the genuine need for the emergency service” on 9 March, and contacting police “when not in genuine need of assistance” on 14 March.

Both charges were dismissed on 3 April.
