A Rhayader man has been fined after riding his motorbike at 86mph on the Newtown bypass.
Llanelli Magistrates’ Court heard on 11 March that Kevin John Ball, of 3 Minyffordd, Pant y Dwr, was clocked by police laser speeding on a Kawasaki ZX 1400 at 86mph on the 60mph Newtown bypass on 11 August last year.
The 49-year-old was fined £416, handed five penalty points, and must also pay £90 costs and a surcharge of £166.
