A two-vehicle crash has left the A487 partially blocked between Llanrhystud and Blaenplwyf.
The crash was reported to police at 9.25am.
Fire crews and the ambulance service were also called.
The severity of the crash and any injuries is not yet known.
Recovery services are currently at the scene to clear the road.
