VIOLIST Becky Jones and pianist Simon Lane are no strangers to Aberystwyth audiences.

Both have been popular regular visitors to Musicfest.

Aberystwyth Music Club is delighted to welcome them back for a concert on Thursday, 26 November.

Becky (far right) is now violist in the Callino Quartet, founded at the Cork Festival.

Simon (right) has gained recognition for his compelling and sensitive performances in collaboration with many top musicians.

Their programme consists of sonatas by Vieuxtemps and Shostakovich (his last completed work) and Ernest Bloch’s Meditation and Processional.

The concert will be held in Aberystwyth Arts Centre Great Hall, starting at 8pm.
