Motorists are being warned of heavy congestion south of Aberystwyth due to faulty traffic lights.

Traffic Wales is advising people to avoid the A487 northbound etween Chancery and Southgate.

Posting on social media, Traffic Wales North & Mid said: "We have received reports of faulty temporary traffic lights in the area, and the issue has been reported.

"Please avoid the area if possible."
