Ceredigion has almost reached 2,000 cases since the start of the pandemic - but remains the lowest in Wales.
42 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in the Hywel Dda health board area, according to today’s figures.
Public Health Wales data shows that there were 12 new cases in Ceredigion, 12 in Carmarthenshire and 15 in Pembrokeshire.
No new Covid-19 related deaths have been recorded in the Hywel Dda area, with the total 481 for the duration of the pandemic.
Across Wales, 1,083 new cases were confirmed, with two new Covid-19 deaths reported.
The total number of cases in Wales is now 229,507 with 5,583 deaths.
There have been 18,404 tests since the last report.
The total number of cases across Hywel Dda is now 17,211 – 11,360 in Carmarthenshire, 3,852 in Pembrokeshire and 1,999 in Ceredigion.
Powys has now recorded 4,785 cases since the pandemic again, with 4,025 total cases in Gwynedd.
