Over 100 new coronavirus cases have been recorded across the Cambrian News region today, according to figures released by Public Health Wales.

There are 704 confirmed cases across Wales. Of those, 10 were in Ceredigion, 33 in Carmarthenshire and 37 in Powys.

In Gwynedd 15 cases were recorded, and 13 in Powys.

No new deaths have been reported.

The new figures mean there have been 2,127 confirmed cases in Ceredigion since the start of the pandemic.

Pembrokeshire’s total stands at 4,079, Powys at 5,201 and Carmarthenshire at 11,647.

Gwynedd has a total of 4,220 cases.

A total of 238,707 cases have been reported in Wales since records began. There have been 5,597 deaths in Wales linked to Covid-19.

Across Wales, 2,290,213 have received a first dose of Covid-19 vaccine and 2,013,128 are fully vaccinated.
