A NEW coronavirus testing centre has opened in Barmouth.

The centre, for walk in and drive-through tests, opened today and will operate seven days a week from 9.30am to 3.30pm.

A spokesperson for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board said: "A new walk-in and drive-through testing centre will open in Barmouth on Friday 2 July to make it easier for people in the area to get tested for coronavirus closer to home.

"The testing centre is located at Promenade Car Park, Barmouth, opening from 9.30am until 3.30pm, seven days a week."
