Do the rules of the road not apply in Penrhyncoch?

Speed limits? Ignore them everybody else does, young and old. Blind bend? Overtake on it. Red traffic lights? Just drive through them. Mobile phone? A must while you are driving. Have a crash? Just get someone to pull you out with a tractor.

When - and not if - there is a serious accident, please do not blame the road. It is not the road, it is the way you are driving on it.
