So Vicky Govier states (Views, 1 July) that enough is enough, and staff in care homes should not be obliged to have coronavirus vaccines.

The letter states that “we rule sovereign over our bodies”.

There is a logical outcome to this statement - that is indeed your right, but if I were an employer of care home staff, it would be my right, and my duty, to ensure that the people who live in my home were as well protected as possible. So, unless you are vaccinated, or willing to be, don’t bother to apply for a job here.
