The cost of running a car is becoming phenomenal. As a retired man having a lifetime with horses, I would like to be rid of the car and use a pony and trap.

For this I require your help to find in Ceredigion: Up to half an acre to buy, and up to three acres to rent; and a cottage, isolated shepherd’s building, pig sty or smallholding to rent.

Electricity is not important, but water is by whatever means.

Would someone please, be kind enough to help?
