WEST Wales Cruse Bereavement Care used their AGM to launch their new freephone number for clients in Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire.

If you would like to receive confidential bereavement support from Cruse’s specially-trained volunteer support workers ring 0800 288 4700.

West Wales Cruse were also delighted to receive substantial donations raised by supporters undertaking personal challenges.

Andrew Parnell took part in the recent Trekfest on the Brecon Beacons and presented a cheque for £605 to treasurer Chris Matthews (pictured).

Huw MacRae Jones was unable to be present but sent a cheque for £606.25, raised by running the British 10k in London in July.

West Wales Cruse are actively seeking volunteer committee members at Branch and Area level, for which experience of working with clients is not necessary.
