Madam,

Gwynedd Council put up rates and charge us £33 to empty our brown bins.

We could save £60,000 a year if we cut the number of councillors.

Then we might get the grass cut at the cemetery, the children’s play park could be kept tidy and the paddling could be used from May onwards.
