THESE five students from Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor Pwllheli’s engineering department presented Eryl Jones, Pen Llyn area co-ordinator for the Wales Air Ambulance, with a cheque for £152.

The students raised the funds after organising and taking part in a sponsored walk covering a distance of nine miles from Plas Heli to Hafan y Môr and back.

The sponsored walk also meant that the students passed their Walk Leadership Award.
