MEMBERS of Meirionnydd’s YFC got quizzical last week when they held their annual quiz competition at Bala Golf Club.

There were 16 teams competing with a total of 72 members battling it out for the title.

On hand to put the members through their paces was Ian Lloyd Hughes from Bala with a gruelling 10-round of questions.

The winners on the night were Masters Maesywaen YFC which included Meleri Fflur, Anna Prysor, Delyth Dempsey, Deio Roberts and Hari Roberts.

Siom Gyntaf 2017, Glannau Tegid YFC, came a close second and included team members Lowri Roberts, Sion Willimas, Sion Aran, Steffan Prys and Ilan Hedd.
