Madam,

On my daily walk around Llandanwg Maes last week, I noticed how much stronger the dunes are now looking. About 17 years ago it was agreed that the sand dunes needed extra protection and the planting of Marram grass was agreed as a possible solution. A group of local volunteers planted this grass over a number of days. We are now witnessing the success of this planting. We must say a huge thank you.
