Madam,

I completely agree with the letter from Oliver R Haines, about the new housing complex in Llanbedr. The plans for this monstrosity must have been passed with eyes closed. It darkens and completely overshadows the bridge and also blocks out the beauty of the surrounding area.

The planners who passed this did not take enough time to think about the impact of this building which can only be described has enormous.

Sadly the village of Llanbedr is stuck with it.
