Regarding your report ‘Show of support for Polish pro-choice campaigners’ (Cambrian News, 12 November), it is sad to see how opposed Poles are in Aberystwyth and Poland to the Polish government’s intention of prohibiting abortion of `foetuses’ (i.e. pre-born humans) with severe impairment rather than supportive of protecting their lives.

Who among us does not have a right to life, who of us is perfect, and who has a right to say that a particular life is not worth living and only fit to be disposed of?

It is so disappointing to see members of the heroic and noble Polish nation, traditionally a bastion of Christianity in Europe, supporting the anti-life practice of abortion as if this were the sole solution to some difficulties.
